Austrian structure – your legal protection: The contractual and organizational handling of your construction project is managed entirely through our parent company, Holzline Fertighaushandel GmbH, based in Austria. This means for you:

Why can we offer modern, sustainable designer homes at such competitive prices? Because we have optimized the value chain. Our wall and ceiling elements are produced in our own state-of-the-art factory in Timiș, Romania.
Strict EU standards (ÖNORM & DIN): Romania has been a proud member of the European Union since 2007. Our entire production is certified according to the strictest European construction and quality standards. We exclusively use CE-certified materials and European engineered timber (KVH).
Modern engineering: In our factory, experienced structural engineers and carpenters work with computer-controlled joinery machines. The result is a fit accurate to the millimeter, which enables extremely fast assembly on the construction site (often in just a few days).
Cost advantage for you: Due to the lower production overhead costs in Romania, every euro flows directly into the quality of the materials and the design – instead of into expensive administrative overheads.
